PRICING DETAILS

 

The price mentioned on our RenovationFactory.com website is the MRP (Maximum Retail Price) for the product, inclusive of all local taxes that are applicable all over India. Additional taxes will be charged depending on the delivery destination. Applied tax rate includes combined tax rate for both state & local taxes. We reserve rights to collect taxes or duty/ surcharge to be added to the normal taxes to be paid.

 

GIFT CARDS POLICY

 

  1. Gift Cards bought will be sent via email. Physical copies of Gift Cards bought online will not be sent separately.
  2. In case of order value exceeding the Gift Card amount, the outstanding balance must be paid by Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking or PayPal (for international transactions).
  3. Multiple Gift Cards and Credit Notes can be applied or used in combination with each other.
  4. Renovation Factory shall not be held responsible for any Gift Card being lost or stolen or redeemed without the owner’s permission.
  5. Gift Cards cannot be used towards buying additional Gift Cards and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit notes.
  6. Gift Cards cannot be purchased using credit notes.
  7. Gift Cards can only be redeemed in the same currency in which they are bought.Gift Card value can be partially redeemed in multiple transactions, on the RenovationFactory.com website.

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

Sometimes, due to unavoidable circumstances certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or are capable of being dispatched. Renovation Factory reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 30 working days. Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by Renovation Factory.

 

PROCESSING FEE

 

Our shipping charges are intended to compensate Renovation Factory for the cost of processing your order, including handling and packing the products you purchase, and delivering them to you.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

 

Transacting through any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: 

  1. Lack of authorisation for any transaction/s
  2. Or any payment issues arising out of the transaction;
  3. Or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
  4. Or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank/s”

Payments made against the purchases/services on Renovation Factory.com website by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the Website. Before shipping the order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done so as to ensure a foolproof online shopping environment for our users. 

Renovation Factory employs RAZORPAY, Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through electronic or through Cash on delivery transactions, as may be permitted by Renovation Factory which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions, and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

 

DELIVERY AND DISPATCH 

 

Renovation Factory does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Renovation Factory may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping costs.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS 

 

The defective or damaged goods received should be communicated to the Renovation Factory within 48 hours of its receipt. Any complaint after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered. Renovation

NO WAIVER

 

If we fail to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the terms or conditions of the Agreement shall not be a waiver by the Renovation Factory of them or of the right any time subsequent to enforce all Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

 

Renovation Factory will not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this agreement for the period that such failure or delay is 

  1. beyond the reasonable control of us,
  2. materially affects the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement, and
  3. could not reasonably have been foreseen or provided against, but will not be excused for failure or delay resulting from only general economic conditions or other general market effects.
  4. due to Covid-19 restrictions or lockdowns imposed in a particular area or due to the spread of another pandemic/epidemic

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

 

These Terms and Conditions or the documents of third-party payment channels shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Any disputes, difference or claim arising between the parties out of or in relation to or in connection with the Terms of Service, or the breach, termination, effect, validity, interpretation or application of this agreement as to their rights, duties or liabilities hereunder, shall be settled by the parties by mutual negotiations and agreement.

If for any reason, such dispute cannot be resolved amicably by the parties, the same shall be referred to and settled by way of arbitration proceedings, through reference to a sole arbitrator. The Act applicable to any or all of the proceedings arising out of this Agreement shall be the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time.

The effectiveness, construction and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by Indian laws. The Parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi in respect of any dispute arising in connection herewith

Implementation or breach of any provision of the Terms & Conditions and/or Privacy Policy including but not limited to the rules and policies contained herein, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction to the Courts of New Delhi. Your obligations to pay the Payment Fees dues shall not be suspended during the pendency of such proceedings. 

 

GRIEVANCES

 

Any grievances can be addressed to the ‘Customer Care’ by way of email to care@renovationfactory.com. We shall thereafter consider the same and provide a response within one month of the date of such complaint/ grievance.
