Renovation Factory adheres to offer you a safe & sound experience. In case you come across reasons to return or exchange your purchase, you can follow the below-mentioned guideline:

 

- Product delivered has a quality defect OR has been delivered broken.

  Returns/ Exchanges are only available for products that are defective or have been damaged before delivery.

- Customized products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

- Products purchased during the Sale period /discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.

- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items that have been installed or products that are no longer in their original packing.

 

PROCESS FOR EXCHANGE  

 

Please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.

- Email your request at care@renovationfactory.com

 

Our care team will look into your request for an exchange and revert within two working days.

 

EXCHANGES

 

- If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria, we will exchange your purchase with a fresh product.

- In a rare instance, if we are unable to do so, we will refund the amount in 48 hours. 

 

TO BE NOTED

 

- Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled.

- No refunds will be entertained if the customer provides wrong or incomplete shipping address.

- No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts due to the refusal of the receiver.

- No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty charge.

- Before you sign off acceptance, do ensure that the delivery received is in good condition or has not been tampered with.

- Products purchased during the Sale period/discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

- In case of a damaged package received, retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels, etc.) for our team to review. Do ensure to write “Received Damaged’ on the delivery receipt.
